Adobe Fonts
Connect an Adobe Fonts web project and use its fonts on your site.

If your fonts come from Adobe Fonts (part of Adobe Creative Cloud), connect your Adobe Fonts web project to Urmi. Its fonts then appear in every font picker, next to your other fonts, and Adobe serves the files.
Find your Web Project ID
- Sign in at fonts.adobe.com.
- Add the fonts you want to a web project (Adobe calls these Web Projects), and publish it.
- Open Web Projects and copy the project ID. It is a short code of letters and numbers, such as
abc1def.
Connect the project
Open Custom fonts
Go to Urmi → Design System and click the Custom fonts tab. The Adobe Fonts card is below your uploaded fonts.
Paste the ID
Paste the ID into Web Project ID and click Connect.
Reload the editor
Urmi reads the list of families and weights from your project and confirms, for example, Adobe Fonts connected: 2 families. Reload the builder to use them. Reload any open editor.
The card then shows the project ID, how many families it has and when it was last synced, with a preview of each family and its weights.
Use Adobe fonts
Adobe families appear under Custom fonts in every font picker, including the heading and body fonts of the Design System and the typography settings of elements.
On your live site, Adobe's stylesheet is loaded only on pages that use one of its fonts. In the editor it is always loaded, so you can preview the fonts.
Update or disconnect
- Added or removed fonts in your Adobe project? Click Sync again to update the list.
- Click Disconnect and confirm to remove the connection. Text set in these fonts falls back to the next font in its stack until you connect again.
Privacy and performance
Adobe serves the font files, so visitors' browsers contact Adobe on pages that use them. Mention this in your privacy policy if needed. If you prefer to serve every font from your own site, and your license allows it, upload the font files as custom fonts instead.
With Font delivery set to Do not load fonts in Urmi → Settings → General, Adobe fonts are not loaded on your live site either.
Troubleshooting
